This was not the first time I have participated in such an exercise. Unfortunately half way through I was interrupted by my 19 month old. Try as I might my life has become very unforgiving in the amount of personal time I have. From what I was able to do during the exercise although I had a strange reaction. I was telling my body hands and arms but the heaviness manifested itself in my legs and feet. However after the week I've had I will chalk it up to crossed wires. Maybe when my husband returns home from out west I can try again and see if my body cooperates.
Peace,
Robin

Hello
Hi and my apologies for the last minute effort to blog. This past week has been a real challenge for me, much has happened upset the balance that I strive so had to maintain. Most importantly, the loss of our beloved Rottie, Natasia. The whole house has been weird since her passing, including her fellow 4 footed friends. Anyway, My name is Robin and I live in Florida. I am 43 and entering my 3rd year at Kaplan in Health and Wellness. I would eventually like to work with young people who struggle with issues of substance abuse. More than just work in the standard rehab situation I would like to become part of a multi-disciplinary team that approaches treatment and long term recovery from a more holistic approach. I would like to share a quote from one of my favorite people...
"Look at situations from all angles, and you will become more open."
Dalai Lama

I think this speaks volumes as it reaffirms that there are many approaches to all things. Be it physical health, mental awareness, conflict resolution or interpersonal relationships being open helps us to move forward in life and at the same time delve deeper into ourselves.
Peace,
Robin
